If you are arriving by car, we would recommend that you try to find a parking spot either directly outside the Hotel or around the Square Garden. Should you be unsuccessful, please feel free to park outside the Hotel to unload your luggage. Our Team will then help you find the nearest parking facility.
Pay & Display parking bays are available around the Central Garden on New Steine Road (the road the hotel is on). Unrestricted parking is available between 8pm and 9am. You can pay via the PayByPhone app. Location Code: 85332.

Churchill Square car park is ideally located if you want to go shopping, enjoy the beach, see the Royal Pavilion, or visit other local attractions. Open 24 hours. Pay and display. Max height 2.13 metres. Card payments only.
Street parking along the seafront, approximately a 7 minute walk from the hotel. A lovely route along the seafront passing Sea Lanes. Brighton Council is currently restoring Madeira Terrace and installing a new accessible lift connecting Marine Parade down to Madeira Drive, which will make this an even easier option once complete.

The Square Townhouse offers parking permits for Zone C at a cost of £8.00 per 24-hour period. These are available at Reception on request, they are valid for any on-street parking bay marked as Zone C.
PLEASE NOTE: New Steine is not part of Zone C and we have a limited supply on any given week.
